It's An Monkey

I don't suppose there is anybody out there who is even remotely interested but I started Summer of Socks with a Monkey sock. I have managed to get to the heel turning point so far. You can't tell from the picture but the yarn is pooling in some lovely colour combinations (purple & lime, sage & dusky pink, pale blue and brown so far). I love how easy this pattern is. It is one I have thought of doing for a long time but was always put off. I think I like it because there is no chart to follow - yeah everything is written down which is always easier for me.

Love your socks too, but I really don't know how you have the patience to knit them all!
