A Scrapbook Layout And A New Knitting Project

This is a scrapbook layout done from an old picture of my eldest two kids The original was a very small one which came in a box from the in laws so I have had to scan it and blow it up a bit. It came out very blurry but I love the picture so have used it as it is.

Buttercream paint on the scalloped cardstock, a piece of ribbon down the side and a couple of Prima flowers layered with a button. The alpha stickers are K&Co.

Next we have the other pair of socks I have on the go at the moment. (OK then so we won't mention all the single socks I haven't managed to make a friend for shhhh!) It is this pattern and has the strangest cast on I have ever seen but I've done it as they said and it actually worked. This one is for the times like yesterday and today when I have finished the clue of the week for the mystery sock and have to wait until Friday for the next one. It's a nice simple one row pattern followed by a knit row which creates a chevron effect making it perfect for striping yarn like the one I am using.
