Skywatch

Things are a bit busy at the moment.  The builders finished on monday but there are some little things that aren't up to scratch so they are coming back tomorrow.  Hopefully followed by the building inspector early next week to make sure it has all been done properly and then he will release the remainder of the grant cheque to the builders. The builders said there won't just be one person, more like half a dozen so I'm glad it has to be checked so thoroughly and then everything is right.

We have painted in the loft, not finished yet but I am really liking the shade I chose.  I have priced up carpets, bought the paint for the stairs, ordered bedding and ordered one of our sons a new bed.  Those are the important things for now and everything else will be done when we can afford it.

Onto Skywatch - I haven't really seen much sky this week apart from through the window.  The weather has been dark and dreary so I have gone way back into the archives for this one. 2006 to be exact and a shot from Llandudno pier using an old digital camera that was, to put it bluntly, a pile of crap in comparison to the point and shoot cameras of today. Just shows how much technology evolves in a short space of time.
