No picture for day 2. It was the first session of a rerun of the weight management course I have done three times before. Every time in the past I have missed some sessions so I signed up again to revisit the lessons from the previous times and hopefully manage to catch the ones I missed. It's a fantastic free course run by the nhs aimed at educating people about the way we eat, what we eat and how to make small changes which add up to big differences to our health.
Anyway my lesson was from the weight scales that in the three weeks since the last course finished I managed to maintain my weight despite being lazy about exercise.
