Finished Object Friday

Aswell as WIP Wednesday Tami also has FO Friday.

I don't expect I will be taking part in FO Friday very often as I always have a growing pile of works in progress rather than actual finished items.

This Friday, however, I do have a finished item.  I finished the Riff socks at the weekend and here they are.  I used String Theory yarn and unfortunately I had to miss off the last chart on the leg because despite there being 400yards in a skein there wasn't enough.  This pattern eats yarn but it is very enjoyable.

Very cute socks and that shade of blue is so pretty.

I love that blue and how it's shaded. Cute sock blockers, too!

Nice!! I can't wait to learn how to knit - just a month or so into crocheting. I'm a new follower - thanks for commenting at my blog!

Great pattern! I would never have thought it'd be one to eat yarn, so that's good to know.

The color is so friendly. I like the combination of color and stitch pattern--something I'm beginning to realize is especially important for socks!

Lovely! I love those sock-blockers, too. Where did you get them?

I got them from here

but it doesn't look as if they sell them anymore. Maybe somewhere on Etsy might have similar ones.
